Ingredients
150g self raising sugar
Pinch of bicarb
25g cocoa
60g caster sugar
60g light brown muscovado sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
170g mini eggs
Recipe
*Set oven to 180°C or 160°C fan and line a baking sheet*
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
Start mix in the butter
Add whisked eggs and vanilla extractMix together with your hands until the ingredients come together in a bowl.
Put the mixture onto baking sheet, to make cookies however big you want baring in mind they will grow.
Top with mini eggs either whole or smashed to various degrees.
Bake for 7-10 mins depending on cooking size. Take them out just before they become firm otherwise they will be dry.
