I made... Creme Egg Brownies

Hello and Happy Easter! To this party I'm a little bit late on this lil bandwagon, here's my attempt...

INGREDIENTS
350g Dark chocolate, broken into pieces
250g Butter, cut up
3 Large eggs
250g Light muscovado sugar
85g Plain flour
1tsp Baking powder
5-6 Creme Eggs

Brownie Tray
Greaseproof/Parchment paper

RECIPE

Line the baking tray

Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan on the hob.

Whisk eggs and sugar together

Gradually stir in the chocolate/butter mixture

Stir in flour and baking powder, until mixtue is smooth.

Pour into the baking tray.

Put into the oven for 20mins

Cut creme eggs in 1/2's or 1/4's

Take brownies out of oven, stick creme eggs in the top of the mixture.

Put back in the oven for another 10-15minutes until cooked.

Leave to cool for 1hr on a wire rack.

Cut brownies up and EAT!

I hope you enjoyed this post, I'm hoping for the weather to improve so I can do outfit pictures for often!
