September Wishlist

Hello! Well here we are September is tomorrow how crazy is that!?! School and Dancing are going start again - my last year in Education aah! And also its my birthday really soon, I can't believe it will also be my last year as a teenager which is insane.

So onto the wishlist :)

this was meant to be uploaded later but my friend was desperate to see it haha

1. Midi/Above Knuckle Rings Topshop/etsy
4. Lipsticks in Trigger and Crystal

1. Midi rings are definitely something which is inspired by sunbeamsjess and Thepersianbabe on youtube. I think they look really pretty and I'm pretty obsessed considering I don't own any...yet:)

2. I've even gone as far to try this dress on and I am literally begging my mum to buy it for my birthday hahaha!

3. Out of Harriet and I, i'm certainly not the usual suspect of buying things from Jack Wills but... I'm a sucker for leggings and they're not that much more expensive than somewhere like topshop!

4. When I wear a lipstick I want it to look like I'm wearing a lipstick if you get what I mean i'm just not a fan of 'your lips look better look'! I have swatched these more than necessary and simply just want them at this point!!

What have you got your eye on at the moment?
I hope you enjoyed this post :)

August Faves

Hello! What has happened here, how did we get to this point, soon it'll be goodbye to my pretty summer dresses and hello to my winter cardies and jumpers - not sure how I feel about this? Move me to LA or somewhere please!!

August marked the end of our first family holiday in years, which you may have seen pop up on the blog, so i'm not going to go into that too much!

Another highlight for me has to be seeing Wicked in London, for the 2nd time :D The music by Stephen Schwartz is just beautiful, the singing was outstanding especially that of Elphaba her voice was sick! Everything down to the costumes and make up is just amazing, I had goosepimples when Glinda came onto the stage for the first time in her 'Bubble'. Basically I can't explain my love for it, but I've given it a good stab!! YOUTUBE CLIP

As you may or may not know I am a big youtube fan so when Rosie and I were in superdrug I couldn't believe our luck. Standing in the queue was Jim Chapman from youtube!! Rosie told me to look behind me and I may have started casually hyper ventilating, then we were like what are we gonna do... so we plucked up the courage to talk to him and we got our pictures taken with him. I felt like a massive fan girl OMG

onto other things-

I mentioned these in my 'show and tell' post. Basically I've worn and worn and worn these shoes!

I think that's it for this month!

Show and Tell Summer 2013

Hello, today's post is essentially a haul, but you know what I think sounds a bit nicer!! Today I thought I would show you the bits and bobs I have purchased :)

I'm going to start with my purchases from London when I went on Tuesday with one of my very bestest friends. We were planning to see Matilda in the evening so at 9.25am we joined the line to try and get the £5 tickets for 16-25 year olds however we were to far down the line to get our hands on some BUT we did end up going to see Wicked which is one of my very favourite musicals! Onto my purchases....

Forever 21
Baseball style sweater
I'd been looking at these style tops for a while and I'm glad I finally got one :)

Long Cream Cardi
This really reminds me of beautycrush I'm really excited to wear and style it, expect to see this in some ootd's coming up.

I really have been looking at camo leggings for a while I have no idea why it's taken me so long to go out and get some.

Topshop
I have a weakness for white t-shirts, and um here's another one oops.

Now for somethings I picked up in Primark

Flatform Plimsolls/Trainers
These are looking slightly worse for wear after them being constantly worn, day in and day out. I'm super happy with these, they are comfortable and add a little something different to an outfit because of the flatform.

Mickey Mouse Tee
This is not a white t-shirt I'm pretty proud of myself I'm not gonna lie! When I was in London I kept thinking about the t-shirts in primark, so a couple of days later I popped into my local primark and picked this up!

Finally a sneaky Ebay purchase
Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games
Basically I've recently dug out the ol' wii but I really wanted a new game, so onto ebay it was, after losing many auctions I FINALLY won the game, and it arrived this morning! Now I just need to charge some batteries and get playing :D

Sex Bomb!

Hello, today I'm sharing my thoughts on the Sex Bomb bath bomb from Lush, which I can't believe I haven't had before as it's such a classic!

This isn't a hugely strong and over powering scent, saying that it lingers on the skin long after you get out of the bath and in bathroom, which is always a bonus because at £3.25 you are paying a lot for what you get, but this is well worth it! It is packed full of essential oils, it has quite a gentle musky scent with a definite hint of jasmine I think. Lush says they have included soya milk, 'so you can step out of the bath feeling like Cleopatra', my skin did me soft afterwards, but my advise would be if you want to come out of the bath with your skin feeling soft I would definitely go for Butterball. I LOVED that it made my bath go a lovely pink colour, and the little rose petals spread around my bath. In the future I will definitely be repurchasing!!

in it goes!

fizz fizz fizz!

Exploring St Ives

Hello! This is my last holiday post I've decided. St Ives is bustling town on the Cornish coast with two golden beaches, a harbour, plenty of cobbles, adorable little shops, oh and a Cath Kidston that I couldn't help visiting.

I can't help but thinking it would so much better without the modern cars hanging about in the streets, I wish somehow we could've gone back in time but taken our modern camera's with us haha!

Chocolate, Jelly bean and popping candy plus white
chocolate brownie ice cream, so yummy!

Standing on the Island, which I'm pretty sure isn't actually an Island!

For those of you like me who have results day tomorrow, good luck :)

Adrenaline Junkie

Hello! This post is about possibly my favourite day of the holiday!

We spent the first part of the afternoon at Adrenalin Quarry, to have a go on the Zip Wire, which goes over a massive flooded quarry the slogan is 'Jump off a 50m cliff...at 40 mph', I originally found out about this when it was featured on the Gadget Show way back in 2009, when Suzi and Jason had a race and since then I've always wanted to go on it, plus my minor obsession with Zip Wires :) I loved it, I have a minor fear of heights despite my love for zip wires which makes no sense I know, so I nearly wimped out at the last minute but I am so glad I didn't, and I'd do it again at a drop of a hat!! For the first jump it costs £12 and for your second £7, there are better rates for groups of 10+. I highly recommend this :D Here are some clips form youtube!

After pumping my adrenaline up, I didn't think part 2 of the afternoon would live up to it, my brother and I went go karting at Kart World - when can I go again!!! All dressed up in my highly sexual orange overall feeling like an inmate at an American prison

We went for two ten minute sessions, our lil karts could reach 40mph, which doesn't sound that fast, but when you're really close to the ground it feels really fast, and my average speed was only 29mph! My highlight had to be taking over my brother, who doesn't enjoy beating your sibling at something haha .

Legless but Smiling

Hello, yes another blogpost about Cornwall, just wondering if I've gotten a bit carried away!?!

On one not so nice morning my Daddy and I headed out to Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm, which was set up by the guy who used to run Austin Healey's that car company you might have heard of, who made cars like this, so there's a fun fact for you today! If you want to know more than I can ever tell you go and pop over to their website - link .

The farm has an on site shop, which I'm not gonna lie was the main reason we went to get a tiny bit of alcohol, I bought for myself the cutest little bottle (40ml) of Cornish Scrumpy, which was totally over priced but the bottle is so darn cute! We also bought Strawberry Wine 'a sweet full-bodied wine. Made with the finest strawberries pressed on our farm, this wine is just bursting with fruit and refreshing personality'; and Limited Edition Summer Special 'This Summer Cider is infused with a delicious blend of Citrus fruits including Oranges & Lemons...Enjoy chilled or mixed with added fruit and ice' .

Over the Hills and faraway

Hello, this post is about the area we stayed in, there were loads of public footpaths which were just enchanting, and I felt as if I had been transported into a fairytale, I could just imagine fairies appearing and that kinda thing; the views down to Perranporth were beautiful, in my opinion which I have seen with my own eyes!

Bath Time!

Hello, this is my first post Holiday post so please excuse me if I'm a wee bit rusty at this blogging thangg!

Our time in bath was short and sweet, but long enough to see quite a few of the sights, and have a nice walk around! It was a lovely sunny afternoon, and I'd like to go again to do some shopping get a proper feel for the place. Here are some pictures, hopefully showing off the beautiful architecture and the bath stone.
